Shipping Methods and Delivery Charges

*Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error. *Return shipping charges may apply for refused or unclaimed packages.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt of merchandise with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The items must be returned in the original, unopened, unused package condition. Please note our Return Policy below for product specific guidelines and restrictions:
*Enjoy hassle-free returns when returning for store credit. Your item(s) are eligible for a full refund, less S&H, when opting to receive store credit. The store credit will be applied to the user account for future use. *A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting for return to original payment other than store credit. The restocking fee will be waived if return is due to Company error or product defect. *Shipping & handling, and tax cannot be reimbursed. *Product Defect, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment: Eligible for full refund of the merchandise and S&H if confirmed damaged or wrong item shipped. Please note all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. To ensure proper processing, include the RMA form with your return. If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate exchange on the notes section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the RMA form. *Refunds: Allow 7-10 working days for your refund to post to your account. Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. We will issue a refund back to the same payment method used on the original order. S&H fees are fully reimbursed if an error was due to Company error or product defect. *Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if cancelled prior to shipping. *Redelivery Fee: If reshipment is requested by the Customer due to Returned to Sender or refusal of shipment, you will be responsible for S&H unless due to Company or Carrier error.
